Servicing Valrico, Brandon, Lithia, and Greater Tampa, Florida, we provide National Rifle Association (NRA) Certified instruction in Basic Pistol, Basic Rifle, and Concealed Carry. Courses focus on developing the essential knowledge, skills, and responsible attitude required to safely own and responsibly use firearms.

Our Mission is to empower responsible individuals through comprehensive firearms education, with a strong emphasis on safe gun handling, shooting fundamentals, marksmanship training, and practical skill development.

COURSE OFFERINGS

NRA Basics of Pistol Shooting Course

Course Description: To teach the basic knowledge, skills and attitude necessary for owning and using a pistol safely.

Course is objective based, allowing for maximum flexibility in scheduling and pacing. The program is specifically designed to adapt to each student’s prior experience and current skill level, ensuring highly personalized and effective training experience.

Time Requirements:

Classroom Instruction (6-Hours)

NRA Basics of Rifle Shooting Course

Course Description: Introduces students to the essential knowledge, skills, and responsible attitude necessary for safely owning and using a rifle. Participants will gain a solid understanding of rifle parts and operation, ammunition, firearm safety rules, rifle shooting fundamentals, and practical shooting activities. This course also serves as a strong foundation, preparing students for successful participation in other NRA courses and further skill development.

Classroom Instruction: 8-Hours

NRA Concealed Carry Weapon Course

Course Description:‍ Equips students with the foundational knowledge, skills, and responsible attitude necessary to safely and effectively carry a concealed pistol for personal defense. The course introduces participants to various schools of thought on defensive shooting techniques. While carefully structured to avoid overwhelming students with too much information or excessive options at once. The course remains flexible and non-dogmatic — not tied to any single rigid system — allowing students to develop practical, personalized defensive skills.

Course is objective based and allows for maximum flexibility in scheduling. The course length is an estimate; actual experience may vary. Required content includes Lesson 1 and NRA CCW Course of Fire. Remaining course content can be tailored based on student experience and proficiency. Course completion certificates will list only lesson content presented during instruction.

1-Day Course:

Classroom: Up to 8-Hours (Tailored to meet student needs based on student proficiency and experience)

Range: 2-Hours

2-Day Course:

Classroom: 15-Hours (Full Course)

Range: 3-Hours

Price: $275 (Includes Classroom and Range Fees)

PRIVATE COACHING SESSIONS ALSO AVAILABLE

Typical coaching sessions are 4-hours in length and combine structured dry-fire and live-fire range training tailored to each client’s individual needs, experience level, and shooting proficiency. This extended training format provides ample time for detailed instruction, focused repetition, and deliberate practice in a safe, professional, and supportive environment. Emphasis is placed on developing safe firearm handling habits, building confidence, and achieving measurable improvement in marksmanship skills, shooting ability, and overall firearm proficiency.

Price: $75.00 Per Hour (Includes Range Fees)

2-Hour Minimum

ABOUT ME

As the owner and lead instructor of Precision Shooting Solutions LLC, I am a certified National Rifle Association (NRA) Pistol, Rifle, and Concealed Carry Instructor, as well as a certified NRA Range Safety Officer (RSO). I provide professional, safety-focused firearms instruction centered on responsible firearm ownership, marksmanship fundamentals, practical skill development, and building confidence in the safe and effective use of firearms.

In addition to my instructional certifications, I am a U.S. Army Special Forces veteran with over 34 years of distinguished military service. The leadership, discipline, and extensive real-world firearms and tactical experience gained throughout my military career enhance my ability to deliver practical, effective, and confidence-building training tailored to the needs and skill level of each student.
